Good idea, better safe than sorry. I have a ton of moles in various sizes.
To date I have had 6 removed and all tests came back fine!
From my experience any change in size, shape or color should be checked.
Any mole with irregular, jagged edge border or dark brown/black in color, or
bigger than a pencil eraser, should be checked.
