Hi Holly,
Everything I've ever heard is that if you notice growth that warrents having
it looked at. The fact that
it's where he sits it may get irratated and that could cause the growth also.
I'm sure there are lots of
different kinds and not all a problem but you'll feel at ease to have it
checked. Hope all turns out OK
for him.
