[tri-med] medical waivers? HELP!

What is the name of the waiver for medicaid?  I think it is called Rachel 
something.  But it is when your income is too high to receive payments from SSI 
but since the child is still disabled you get the medical.

I just got notice they are cancelling Logan's medical assistance because he is 
not receiving payments because my income is or was too high.  Thanks Tina
