Hi Larry and Jackie, my t18er has never had a serious heart condition, therefore we did not have to face surgury in that area, but from experience on this list, I know that many parents have to fight for medical rights for their trier. Don't give up. If you are able to through your insurance, get a second and even third opinion. Don't stop with the old dogs(docs) who are closed minded and truthfully unaware of the reality of t18.
