Jude, do you still carry a diaper bag for Kammie? I have a key ring with 4
laminated cards attached to the outside strap of Courty's diaper bag. #1 is
Emergency Info: Court's name, physician and hospital preference.
#2 is name, address and phone number. #3 has my name and phone numbers just
in case Courty would happen to be with someone other than me and card #4 is
emergency info the doctor wanted noted. We made the cards ourselves out of
greeting card stock. They are about 2" x 3" each with one hole punched in a
corner of each card.
Our state police also initiated a program to have a sticker placed on the
backs of all car seats with emergency info on them. Police are supposed to
check there first in case of an accident when adult companion is
incapacitated.
