God only knows the answer. He gives it and takes it away  when he wills. My 
daughter, Nejoud was not supposed to live past 6-months  according to the so 
called experts. She is now 3-years old, 33 pounds and  about 36 inches tall and 
striving. She will start pre K in 2-weeks and will  have a new healthy sister 
on May 11.
I say don't worry about life  expectancy and just enjoy and Cherish every 
moment you spend with him.
