Hi Jude,

With my oldest daughter Rebecca who has Spina Bifida we have found a regular
bowel program works best.  She would have bowel leakage that would go into
her vagina like you've described.  All of the suggestions you've been given
are GREAT.  If you'd like to know what we do for Rebecca I'd be happy to
tell you off list.  The Spina Bifida Assoc. has put together a bowel program
that works well.  You could do the same for your Kameron.  It would cut down
on accidents.  We found the worst thing was to put her in the tub.  Warm
water brings the stool out but ohhh what a mess.  I don't like cleaning that
one up!  I do though!
