[tri-med] kinda of graphpic and a lot gross

Interesting thing to bring up.  Pamela has been doing the same thing for years. 
 When it first started they actually checked to see if she had a fistula or if 
something else was wrong.  Everything checked out o.k. and basically it's the 
same thing she has a large opening.  We were not encouraged to wipe, but what I 
do is I push on her anus upwards until most of it is out, kind of blot it and 
then leave it at that.  She's never had an infection.  The rest usually shows 
up on the diaper. The doc suggested just putting her in the tub.
