[tri-med] kind of graphic and alot gross

ok kam is 8 and will probably always wear diapers.  sometimes when she has a 
lots of bm in her diaper it goes into her vaginal area.  i think her area 
has a bit larger of an opening than is usual for an 8 year old girl.

she is very tender it seems when i am cleaning this area.  i dont know what 
to do to keep her clean.  it bugs her when i use a wipe.

i would love to hear some advice from other mums on how to approach this. 
sometimes there seems to be so much poop leaking out of her vaginal area i 
feel sure she would get an infection.
