[tri-med] kayden update

Hello, all kaydens surgery yesterday went well, exsept they did not even try to 
do the tongue shaving as his mouth is so small they could barley get in there 
and do the other things, they did take out the uevala and adnoids. he is still 
in the coma state thnrough the weekend we will try to take the vent out on 
monday, please pray that the days to falllow that he breathes well at night or 
he will have to stay and have his trach replaced, witch we do not want.  Its so 
hard to see him like this because we cant hold him any movment can loosen the 
vent tube and he is a verry hard icabation [?? on all the spelling for the 
medical words.]  I will be able to update more on monday I will most likely do
