Have you noticed any other changes in Kammie since beginning the
chiropractic treatments?

Used to be Alex had no appetite. We had to make him eat. It was so
funny...even at age 8, 9 etc we all (Grandmas and us) would stuff food in
his mouth as he passed by us.

It wasn't until we started the GHT that he began to have an appetite.

Alex needs more fat and the rest of us don't. He naturally eats better than
Jim, Molly or I do. He doesn't care for sauces, dips, sweets (other than
occasional) or the typical junk food. He'll grab a yogurt or piece of cheese
if hungry between meals (which didn't ever happen until he was 11).

And I need to lose more than 30 lbs..........big sigh..........
But on the "happy dance" front.........today was 7 days on the diet so I
jumped on the scales. I'm down 4 lbs. Only __ to go. Ha ha

Too much to think about at once.......gotta just take one week at a time.
