kammie loves to be adjusted. and both her pt and ot have made comments about
how nice her back and trunk posture is looking. then derek spilled the beans
about going to chiro and they were both upset. i feel it ivery non-invasive so
we might as well try it.
hey i think 4 lbs is good for 7 days. are you just doing no coke's? i am
thinking about asking for a SportBrain for mom's day. it is expensive but it
is a pedometer that you upload each days data onto the website. your goal is
to walk 10000 steps a day. it is to try to be more active. i could easily see
my self getting addicted to trying to watch my upload and making goal just like
i am addicted to this list!

Have you noticed any other changes in Kammie since beginning the
chiropractic treatments?
And I need to lose more than 30 lbs..........big sigh..........
But on the "happy dance" front.........today was 7 days on the diet so I
jumped on the scales. I'm down 4 lbs. Only __ to go. Ha ha
Too much to think about at once.......gotta just take one week at a time.<br
