 The information written by John Carey to which I made reference in an
earlier post was from a text entitled, " Management of Genetic Syndromes"
edited by Suzanne B. Cassidy and Judight E. Allanson ISBN 0-471 31286-x 
copyright 2001   I would guess that this text and similar genetic texts
(perhaps more recent) would be available at the Medical Library of a
