Sounds a little more like the standard desensitisation technique. The
Wilbarger Mouth Protocol is more inside the mouth.

Wish I could come and show it to you - it really is fairly easy but so so
effective. Ask your therapist to look into it - like the Wilbarger Brushing
Protocol she will need to do some training (and if a therapist is using it
without training thats a no no) but its well worth it. The brushing protocol
is more well known, but the mouth protocol is just great IMHO.

I have not lost my mind - it's backed up on disk somewhere.
