Oops, I mis-spoke, the frenulum is too short in this case. Sorry.
By the way, the frenulum is the membrane that attatches the tongue to the
floor of the mouth.
This might have also been part of his suck/nursing problem at birth.
It seems as if this 'condition' is under rated by most medical staffs these
days for some reason. Not somthing they check for and treat (snip) anymore.
