[tri-med] holding breath

akaiya started doing an odd thing yesterday. she is pretty congested (actually 
threw up a bunch of phlegm in school yesterday. eww...) the weird thing is that 
she is holding her breath and then gasping for air. i know that it's got to be 
frustrating to her because her nose is all stuffed up right now, but i've never 
seen her respond by holding her breath. she usually just breathes through her 
mouth and drools all over the place when she can't breathe through her nose. we 
are going to the doc this afternoon to see what he thinks, but i thought i 
would ask if anyone elses kiddo has done this.
