Linda, hope Courtney is feeling better soon,  Rebecca too has  a problem
with constipation, recently we found a liquid calcium supplement at GNC and
it has a lot of magnesium in it ( good to be combined with calcium for
absorption) any way magnesium is really good for the bowels and we have
actually really had to cut back on the lactulose ( her bowel medication) as
she is going so often now.  ( a friend of mine takes a magnesium supplement
specifically for her bowels)

Don't fight with dragons for you are crunchy and good with ketchup (
dilbert)
