Rebecca's doctor said that puberty usually occurs a year after breast tissue
starts forming.  Rebecca has some hair starting ( its long to which looks
weird)  but no menses yet, a friend of mine asked one of our ob/gyn doc's
what was the average age ( her daughter is Bec's age)  and the doc made some
remark about weight, apparently in her opinion girls who have a very low
weight  start their menses late  ( I am thinking she said 85lbs and below, I
am not sure)  but I am hoping Bec follows my sister who would miss months
and months :0)
