Thanks so much for the helpful info, Karen! I'll be passing this along
to our friends.
A neat little side note to this story: These friends were the ones who
first introduced us to the T18 world. Their little girl was T18 and
lived almost three years (I've mentioned this on the list before). She
never had a g-tube, due to other health complications, but there was
lots of common ground with the family when Keren was born. They
introduced us to SOFT and also to this listserve (though they're not a
part of it now). Now a year later they're calling us for advice! It's
pretty cool how reciprocal help can be. :)
