What are her residuals like?
In my non-expert opinion it sounds like she has slowed down with her
grastric emptying and as a result the formula is conjealing in the tube
leading to blockage. It would of course make her unconfortable and more
prone to vomiting.
So my first thought would be check residuals 1 hour, 2 hours and then 3
hours after a feed. If there is more than 20% of the feed still there after
2 -3 hours that may be the problem. Gastric motility always slows at night
anyway.
PS always return residuals (unless there is a reason not to eg mucous or
vomiting) Removing the gastric juices and not returning them causes the
stomach to make more and can lead to excess acidity.

One of the most difficult things to do is to paint darkness which
nonetheless has light in it.
