Subject: [tri-med] Re: growth/pcos

i lost all my daughter weight after i had her through that south beach
diet, and a lot of exercise, and did not gain back weight until i got
 pregnant
with my son.

When i was in college i lost weight on weight watchers but exercising like
a fiend as well. i have always struggled with my weight, but have managed
to  stay close to my goal weight at times. SInce having Jason with all the
stress  and all i have not lost much of the baby weight. i am starting the
south beach  next week. he is almost 2, and its really time.

wish me luck
Sharon

Hi  Sharon.  Thanks for the info.  The doctor put me on Ocella, the  birth
control generic of Yaz or something like that.  I laughed when she  told me
to go on birth control because my husband had just had a vasectomy a  few
months earlier so we wouldn't have more children.  I guess I'm double
covered.  Anyway, I was just told recently no more caffeine, which means  no
more
chocolate, so that has helped me lose some weight.  When she told  me that it
will be near impossible for me to lose weight it's because she  knows me so
well - I do not like to exercise and I eat what I want.  I  would have to
exercise A LOT and watch what I eat.  Motivation is a big  problem for me in
regards to exercising.  I've heard of the South Beach  Diet but heard that
once you go off it you gain the weight right back.   Is this something you
are familiar with as  well?
