[tri-med] Re: growth/pcos

Hi Sharon.  Thanks for the info.  The doctor put me on Ocella, the birth 
control generic of Yaz or something like that.  I laughed when she told me to 
go on birth control because my husband had just had a vasectomy a few months 
earlier so we wouldn't have more children.  I guess I'm double covered.  
Anyway, I was just told recently no more caffeine, which means no more 
chocolate, so that has helped me lose some weight.  When she told me that it 
will be near impossible for me to lose weight it's because she knows me so well 
- I do not like to exercise and I eat what I want.  I would have to exercise A 
LOT and watch what I eat.  Motivation is a big problem for me in regards to 
exercising.  I've heard of the South Beach Diet but heard that once you go off 
it you gain the weight right back.  Is this something you are familiar with as 
well?
