[tri-med] Re: genetic testing

Kraig and I both had our chromosomes checked after we had Keren. It
was a blood test, and I suppose it was expensive, but our insurance
covered it. In fact, when I asked about the coverage, I was told that
"each" type of genetics test was covered once, so apparently there
were more kinds than what we had. I didn't do any more research,
though, so can't go into detail there. All I know is that both of our
tests just looked at how many chromosomes we had and how they were
aligned--both tests came back as the typical 46 (23 pairs). We had
the blood drawn at our local clinic.

and baby #3 (EDD 4/21/07).... Cat's out of the bag!
