[tri-med] funding via Easter seals

Got a heads up today that Easter seals Ontario has limited the yearly
funding per family to $3000.00. this is a change to correspond with the
difficulties in raising funds......

Be Brave. even if you're not, pretend to be. no one can tell the
difference.
