[tri-med] frazzled ramblings

Hannah seemed to be doing better today. We cut her back to 5 ounces a feed.
We are still gravity feeding during the day (8-10 minutes for a feed,)
leaving her propped up (in her old car seat) for 30 minutes afterwards and
using the pump for overnight feeds.
About 30 minutes after her last feed (about an hour ago) what seemed like
most of it came back up... it was a gusher... like a fountain. All over
her, the car seat, the bed. Of course Donn isn't here, he's at a grad
school meeting. I did get a hold of him after we suctioned what we could
and got her settled down and a cursory cleaning but he said that if she had
calmed that he didn't think it was an ER emergency and we'd just call the
surgeon's office in the morning. He is also thinking about calling the
hospital nutritionist (we work with her on Hannah's nutrition) as he is
wondering if there is some sort of intolerance to the Pediasure. I think
that would have showed up a lot earlier as she has been getting nothing but
Pediasure for about 3 months now.

I'm rattled. The car seat cover and her clothes and bedclothes are now in
the washer. I am home with just Zach and Hannah and no working car if I did
need to go somewhere (although I don't think I would hesitate to call 911.)

Has any one had their child develop an "allergy" to Pediasure?
