Dear Susan,
You did everything you could to look after Rebecca her WHOLE life don't beat 
yourself up.  You modified your whole house, life and job around her she was 
loved and VERY well cared for.  You could see the happiness and love 
reflected back from her in every photo and every smile.  We all go through 
the shoulda, woulda, coulda's and guilt is a big part of our grief.  Just 
remind yourself that grief is a process and that guilt, denial and anger are 
all part of that long slow process.  You are a great mother, I wish I could 
come and hug you in person and have a coffee and a natter......
