  I had a vaginal birth with Soleah.  Granted, we did not know ahead of time 
and I did have a quickly birth.  But the birth did not harm her or compund the 
heart problems.  Many of these heart defects begin to surface and get worse 
once the normal breathing process begins.   She had a large VSD, an ASD, PDA, 
and PFO.  These things became problemactic after about 12+ hours.  I have had 
it said to me that the proccess of the natural birth may have some positive 
affects on these kids neurologically, plus you can heal faster in order to care 
for her.
