Honestly, I have never heard of that! Of course, my daughter was diagnosed
with hydrocephalus in 2003. So she has a shunt. Thank GOD, we have not yet
had any problems with it at all. (knocking on all wood I can find at this
moment!!). However, it will be nice to file this information away so if she
does start to have shunt problems, maybe it would be an option.
