What kind of a specialty doctor performs this type of surgery?
Mohammed, Dad to Nejoud T-18, and a real drooling machine.

Robinul wasn't a good option for Mari due to her heart condition, but.... She
had her lower salivary glands cut (bilateral submandibular salivary excision),
and an upper gland (parotid artery) tied off during tonsil & adenoid surgery.
It had truly taken her from a bib an hour to a bib a day. She healed very
quickly, but it takes about a year for the scars to diminish....they're kinda
scary looking along both sides of her neck.
