Hi Jennifer :o)
Devon has a 13" Conveid Cruiser :o) We all LOVE it....including him :o) It
only weighs about 19 pounds and folds up easily to fit in anybody's trunk
:o) The only thing I'm not wild about is that the brakes aren't nearly as
effective as they are/were on his wheelchair. I need to ask his equipment
guy if there's anything we can do about it...but I suspect it's because of
the kind of little wheels on it (they're not inflatable)....I liked the fat,
small, inflatable tires better :o(
I really would have liked a safari tilt for more comfy sleeping when he's in
it for long periods...but waaaaaay to pricey! The one he has was 1200$ if
memory serves...Med Waiver bought this one for him. It's just a basic one
with no extra supports or anything...but then Emily doesn't need anything
but the harness anyway right? And I love the cool looking plaid pattern we
got too!!!!
I was telling a friend about Emily the other day and how she kept grabbing
for Devon everytime she got close enough :o) The little flirt!!!!
She's such a pretty little firecracker!!!! A stinker just like Devon :o)
Good Luck getting the stroller!!!!
Love,
Penny...devoted wife to Joe and "Mom" to Nick (11 1/2 yrs...lover of Harry
