Jude,
Samuel started out on 3mg of Melatonin because he too has been getting up
at 3am ready to go. After a few months,we increased it to 2 (6mg) and
that worked for a while, for the past 2 nights I have given him 3. He did
not wake up til almost 6 today and yesterday. I won't be increasing it
any more, when this dose starts losing its effectiveness I will be in
search of something else. Samuel weighs 87 pounds......
