Morgan's constipation really got better when he started eating "real" food,
not baby food anymore. I think the fiber and vitamins are absorbed better
when they come from real food than from vitamin tablets and that kind of
thing. Plus, once he started eating table food he ate a bigger variety,
too, and that helped him a lot.
