We did too, If you put a blanket in the seat before putting in Daylin in this
might help to align the neck. Also if you are using the base make sure the
base is level I have a 2x4 wedged in the seat before the base is belted in.
The police around here
use those noodle floats to level the base. I also think in some stores they
have a neck pillow for infants but if you have a thin blanket you can roll it
and place it behind Daylins neck.
