Alex used his car seat and then a booster seat until he was 12..........and
the embarrassment of when I'd dropped him off at middle school and some kids
saw him climb out of his booster seat...........well..........we went with
the seat belt in the back with a shoulder strap adjuster. For a while we
even had 2 car seats because he'd not outgrown his in time for Molly (3.5
yrs younger) to use.
In all actuality, Alex STILL isn't tall enough to ride in the front seat of
the car (he's more the size of a 10 yr old than the required 12 by law).
