Expressed: can be done manually or with a pump. There are hand pumps,
battery powered pumps and electric pumps.
Breast milk has a freezer storage of 3 months (if I remember correctly). Be
sure to date packages you put into the freezer. With my daughter (non-trier)
I stored up some breast milk before returning to a part-time job. I found
the Playtex bottles to be great for that because you use the plastic
disposable liner. The breast milk can be put into the liner and frozen (in
the plastic bottle frame so the shape is correct) and then the frame can be
removed after freezing. The plastic bags take up little space and you can
write on them easily.
Contact your hospital's lactation consultant and/or the La Leche League for
extra help.

Like Karen, I don't know about trying to store up anything before birth.
Birth is what triggers lactation via hormones.
