[tri-med] colostrum

I would say, as a personal thought, this is a bad idea. They used to say to
rub your breast before birth to prepare them for the baby and this is NOT
recommended any more. Messing with your breast while pregnant makes your
body release oxytocin. This is what makes you have contractions and so
theoretically can cause preterm labor.
However, as soon as the baby is born a woman that plans on using breast milk
needs to tell her body that she wants to use it. So, expressing or pumping
is necessary. Otherwise your body will think you don't need any and won't
produce much.

Perhaps someone else said this but I'm in finals (the above could be on my
final so I'm actually studying right now!) and wading through a few hundred
emails!
