[tri-med] cemetery in Utah - boy on wheelchair

Does anyone have a picture of the boy on the wheelchair reaching for heaven 
from the cemetery we visited at the SOFT conference in Utah?  The Cook Family 
would like to have a copy asap to have it on Jonathan's program.
