<<One thing I do know is that your current
cardiologist is right - a murmur that gets quieter is not always a good
sign!!!>>
How can a cardiologist know just by hearing(or not hearing a murmur) that it
has not closed. If he can't hear it, how can he decipher between it having
closed or not. When Faren saw her cardiologist last summer, I don't
remember if he couldn't hear it or only hear it faintly, but he didn't want
to see her for like 2-3 years. I think he was thinking they were closed.
She just had, at birth, a pda that resolved, then 2 vsds and an asd that
were very small that her cardiologist I guess assumed closed. How can he
tell by just hearing when sometimes it means they aren't closed...agghh the
questions.
