Well, when we went to see the orthopedics dr. she decided to do the botox
injections that day. I mentioned before that Morgan's hamstrings were getting
a bit tight, due to sitting with bent knees most of the time. The injections
were easy and fast, just like having any other injection, just that they did 2
in one leg and 1 in the other. Morgan never cries when he has a shot, blood
draw, etc. Within a couple of days I noticed that I could stretch his legs
without him pulling against me. He also sleeps with a pedi wrap around the
left leg to keep it stretched out at night. I had been hoping for some kind of
"miracle" to get him back into standing mode, but this doesn't appear to be it.
In fact, he has now starting hopping everywhere in his gait trainer, even when
he is working with the p.t. Maybe this not standing isn't so much physical as
it is attitude. ARGH!!!
