i buy flax oil at the health food store.  but you can order it online too.
my understnading is that this is for one day.
kam is going to revisit po feeds but right now she is all thru the mickey.
i dont know what i  would add for formula.  all she eats (besides her
supplements) is pedisure with fiber.
