I think he meant four months if things settle down, but one month if you 
don't see some positive changes. LOL Dr. Comings (the guy Ali and Chris saw for 
their TS) used to explain all of the brain reactions to meds really well. If 
there are any special needs conferences in your area with neuro or psych docs 
that will present on meds and how they work, it would be worth attending.
