We got the Kimba for Claire because she needed seating that wouldn't
increase her scoliosis. She was always in her carseat and that was not
helping her back.
The Kimba also came with a high chair base so we can move the chair from
the stroller base and she can hang out with the family at home.
It also puts her at eye level when we are all sitting and the tray is very
handy for when she's hanging out watching tv and wants a few toys to play
with.
Also came with an optional O2 holder.
She's only 15-16lbs, so the Kimba weighs more than she does - making
convenience and weight not the main issue for us.
There's a pix of her in her Kimba in her journal - April 7th 2005. She
looks like such a big girl when she's in it.

Experience is something you don't get until just after you need it.
