[tri-med] Re: When do you start using a wheelchair?

It seems like alot of people here were a bit faster in realizing when to get a 
wheelchair for their kids.  I think Morgan was nearly 3 yrs. old when we got 
his KidKart.  We had been using a regular stroller before that, although, as 
the others mentioned he did tend to scrunch down in it.  Morgan wasn't a big 
"leaner" per se, but he did alot of sacral sitting.  We had that KidKart for 5 
yrs., it was the larger one (they make two sizes), we just recently gave it to 
our DME supplier, they knew of a family who couldn't get one otherwise.  Morgan 
has had his Quickie wheelchair for 2 yrs. now, we have loved it, too.  He has 
already almost outgrown this one.  Yikes!
