My Grandfather had polio as a child and had one leg quite a bit smaller than
the other as an adult. He had a very rough childhood. It's certainly not an
easy thing to deal with.
Stay healthy!!

Here in southern Africa (Namibia) there has been an outbreak of polio,
and as a neighbouring country, all children under 5 are being encouraged
to have booster vaccines..............polio is a heartbreaking disease,
and I don't think that anyone who gets it, gets off
lightly...............we also have had an outbreak of measles, which is
killing children.........not to mention our killer TB strain that has
just surfaced in my province..........people are4 dying before the lab
results get back........I had a sister who died from
meningitis..........so while I accept that some people may not opt for a
vaccine programme, I certainly have..........
