Yes, typically in retail....or so my husband says...they give warnings, ie:
write-ups for any behaviors they are concerned about. BUT before 90 days, they
can just let them go =(
Sounds like a place I wouldn't want Alex working at then. If they cannot
give him a chance and talk to him first. Their loss!
Although I know it must be so painful to Alex. Geesh what a bummer. I hope
he can pick himself up, dust off and get back that great self esteem he
deserves.
There is something out there much better for Alex. He just hasn't found it
yet!
