Oh (((((((((((Michelle))))))))))))
I am so sorry! I don not believe that he should of been blamed for cheating.
Meeting Alex I believe he would never CHEAT and was just asking for help!
Sometimes I wish people would understand our children and listen more to the
parents who live with their child and know what they are capable of.
Last week Wed I received a phone call from Cody's teacher telling me that Cody
had gotten out of the school building. A fear that I have had since he started
that school because they have wheelchair doors. Well for four years we have
been asking them to put an alarm on the classroom door, and for four years I
have heard that "it will never happen, he would never get out of our building"
Well 11:00 on Wed evening the director of Special Ed called our home, I did not
speak with then because we were sleeping and our bedroom phone is not working.
On Thurs I had a two hour meeting with the building principle and got alot of
issues resolved plus there was an alarm on the classroom door. The super of
Rochester schools is sick about all of this and I am not finished there are
things that need to change for our children and people need to take us parents
seriously. We know what are children can and can not do! The teacher and
paras were so upset, but it was not their fault. I
do believe that the Lord had His hand in all of this. Cody was not outside
for very long his angels were all around him so someone spotted him. But had
he gotten away he would not of come back and goodness knows where he would of
ended up. But so many good things are now happening because he did escape and
I give God all the praise. Out of all bad always comes good.
So keep your chin up Michelle I will pray for Alex (and you) and his teachers.
Things will work out for Alex just keep believing that.
Love,
Tracy mom to Cody
