Congratulations.
We use a device that attaches to the upright non-portable O2 canister,
follows a tube down into a small tub filled with sterile water where the
incoming 02 bubbles through the water to give it moisture. The top of the
canister then has the normal O2 fitting to go to the cannula, etc. I have
rigged a piece of tubing as a transition to fit the outlet of the portable
O2 canister. A little ingenuity and it'll probably work for you too.
