Hmmmmmmm...Devon is still loyal to his Nappy old Bear in the Big Blue House
(the poor thing has male pattern baldness), and his not so plush anymore 3
ft tall Barney. He likes to look at Bear and Elmo/Sesame Street board books.
He likes his light weight 3 inch plastic blocks to worry in his hands and he
ADORES his extensive movie collection. He actually starts requesting
Christmas movies in October and he likes several but his favorites are A
Berry Bear Christmas, A Muppet Family Christmas, Elmo Saves Christmas and
Barney's Night Before Christmas. He enjoys looking at lighted fish tanks as
well :o) We got him a V-Smile for him for Christmas with 4 learning games.
We're hoping that since he can make out shapes and colors on our big TV
screen and since the V Smile has a toddler friendly joystick controller (fat
little ball handle)...that maybe we can teach him how to use it. But we
bought 2 controllers so so we could play with him :o) We'll see how it
goes?? He also went through a period of times when he loved to worry Fischer
Price Oreo Matching Middles :o)
As an aside...he LOVES listening to the Arena Rock and Rock and Rock
Alternative stations on TV. And he listens to a hand clapping song CD and
Bear in the Big Blue House song CD :o) He's a head banger :o) My mom just
was talking to me today saying we needed to get him a set of bongos we could
attach to something stationary because he's got great rythym and he drums on
hard surfaces all the time when music is playing for him :o) Give that boy a
screamin' guitar rif and he's in hard rock heaven!!!
