A nutritionist also told us that pediasure was the "perfect food" but we
followed a regimine also identical to what Jude has Kam on. I have recently
added B6 but all the other things Kam gets. Soleah is no longer on Pediasure
and has a fairly normal, healthy, diet but refuses to eat fruit so I give her
one (at least) glass of juice a day and cook apple bits in her oatmeal. I
think Soleah's oatmeal has like 10 ingredients in it. She's been very healthy
after her first two years.

kam gets lots of extra stuff
greens for immune system
kyolic garlic for heart
essential fatty acids and oils - general health
folic acid- she is deficient
acidopholus (sp?) for proper gut functions
calcium and magnesium for her osteoporosis
daily vitiamins
kam sees a clinical nutrionist who helps us with all this.
