Gina,
If you send it to school with Taylor, can't you ask the school to insure it?
They can use non ed funds. If they don't want to insure it, then tell them to
buy one for him to use at school because he needs to use the same communication
device at home and at school. My friend did this with her daughter and the
school decided it was cheaper to insure it than to buy one for school.
